5-Year UV Limited Warranty

This warranty is provided by Van Diemen Group Pty Ltd trading as Leaf and Repeat.

1. Our Guarantee to You
At Leaf and Repeat, we stand by the quality of our products. This 5-year UV Warranty specifically covers our artificial green wall panels against significant colour fading, cracking, or brittleness caused by UV exposure when installed in accordance with our guidelines.

2. Mandatory Australian Consumer Law Statement
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

4. What is Covered
Significant fading or discolouration beyond what is considered "normal weathering" in the Brisbane/Australian climate.
Structural breakdown or brittleness of the plastic backing or foliage due to UV degradation.

5. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)
Fire & Heat: These panels are not flame retardant. This warranty is void if panels are installed near open flames, BBQs, heaters, fire pits, or reflective glass surfaces that concentrate heat.

Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect securing, over-stretching, or mounting on unstable structures.

Environmental Factors: Damage from extreme weather events (hail, storms), chemical overspray (pool chlorine, pesticides), or pressure washing.

Commercial Use: This specific residential warranty does not cover installations in high-traffic commercial or public spaces.

6. How to Make a Claim
To make a claim, please contact us via email hey@leafandrepeat.com.au with the following:
Proof of purchase (Order number or invoice).
Clear photos of the affected panels and the overall installation area.
A brief description of the defect.

7. Resolution
If a defect is verified, Van Diemen Group (trading as Leaf and Repeat) will, at its discretion, repair the product, provide replacement panels, or offer a pro-rata refund based on the remaining life of the warranty. Please note that this warranty covers the cost of the product only; it does not cover any costs associated with the removal of defective panels or the installation of replacement panels.
